Forest Defence Herbal Tea is a mixture of powerful herbs and spices that will fight your flu, push aside any fatigue and give your immune system a welcome boost. Spruce sprouts from the Finnish forests, aroma-rich blackcurrant leaf and ginger make an effective and irresistibly delicious combination. Forest Defence can be used as a herbal tea, it can be mixed into smoothies or used in cooking for example to spice fish or in desserts for example.

Ingredients: Spruce sprouts (70%), blackcurrant leaf, ginger powder. Naturally caffeine free.

As a tea: add 0,5 tsp of Forest Defence to 2dl of almost boiling water. Brew for 5-10 min. The mixture is fine-grained, use a paper filter tea bag if you prefer to drink a clear tea.
